Persistent low mood can make even simple things feel exhausting. Therapy gives you a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay.
It might look like:
- Struggling to get out of bed or start your day.
- Going through the motions while feeling disconnected inside.
- Comparing yourself to others and feeling like you’re “behind”.
- Feeling distant from your faith, values, or sense of purpose.
In therapy, we’ll work on:
- Putting words to what you’re carrying, including things you’ve never said aloud.
- Small changes that can gently shift your energy and motivation.
- Understanding how past and present stressors are affecting you now.
- Reconnecting with what brings you meaning, including your cultural or spiritual roots.
You don’t have to “cheer up” for us. All of you is welcome in the room.
